Desde Experis Engineering estamos buscando un/a After Sales Manager para una importante empresa industrial situada a 1 hora de Barcelona Ciudad.
Su misión principal será coordinar y dirigir los acuerdos del departamento de ventas, cumpliendo las especificaciones técnicas y lo acordado con cliente.
Las funciones principales serán las siguientes:
- Responsable de realizar y supervisar los presupuestos de los clientes, así como gestionar los plazos de entrega acordados.
- Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento del departamento.
- Garantizar el buen servicio al cliente durante todo el proceso post venta.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del proceso de facturación.
- Relación estrecha con los diferentes departamentos para garantizar el buen servicio al cliente como con planificación, producción y ventas.
- Coordinación de pedidos e incidencias de los mismos.
- Gestión de equipo.
Requisitos:
Diplomado o Titulo Superior en Administración de Empresas o similares.
Experiência mínima de al menos 3 años en un puesto similar.
Experiência laboral en departamentos similares en contacto con producción.
Imprescindible nível alto de inglés (mínimo B2)
Valorable francés.
Nível alto de paquete Office.
Valorable conocimientos de Power BI
Liderazgo, gestión de equipos, orientación al cliente, resolutiva, organización, planificación y orientación al detalle.
