El departamento de sostenibilidad precisa cubrir el puesto de assistant sustainability manager en su oficina de Madrid.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Prestar soporte técnico en estudios de Net Zero Carbon, descarbonización, certificaciones energéticas, análisis de huella de carbono, simulaciones y auditorías energéticas.
- Prestar apoyo en la elaboración de estrategias con un enfoque de transición para alcanzar cero emisiones o servicios relacionados.
Tendrás formación en ingeniería industrial, arquitectura, arquitectura técnica, ciencia y tecnología de la edificación o similar, y conocimiento de instalaciones en la edificación y eficiencia energética.
Se valorará la experiência en conocimientos de física de edificios, energías renovables, softwares de modelo y simulación de energía, auditorías energéticas, cálculo de huella de carbono según la ISO 14046 y estrategias Net Zero Carbon.
También se valoran positivamente los conocimientos específicos en certificaciones de sostenibilidad (BREEAM, LEED, WELL), taxonomía EU y políticas relacionadas con el Green Deal.
Serás una persona proactiva, orientada a objetivos, estratégica, metódica, con habilidades para la resolución de conflictos, competencias digitales para el manejo de programas de simulación, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y, preferiblemente, con un alto nível de inglés.
