Role:

  • Integrate into the Application Management Services (AMS) department under the supervision of an AMS Cluster Lead
  • Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities
  • Manage tickets after functional analysis and guidance on technical implementation
  • Generate bug-free code and customizations following Alight best practices
  • HRSP Implementation
  • Conduct system tests to ensure applications meet specifications
  • Provide technical and functional documentation
  • Manage daily priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain communication channels at an appropriate level
  • Understand HR flows and SAP HR architecture

  • SAP HCM Experience
  • Extensive SAP HCM & Payroll configuration skills
  • Hands-on experience with German Payroll
  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis preferred
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies
  • Interest in delivering high-quality support in HR
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration
  • Perform configuration for HCM modules of HR
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for accounts
  • Lead HR Services for SAP Payroll Management
  • Analyze payroll schemas and resolve discrepancies
  • Participate in SAP HR projects as part of a team
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll issues
