Sobre el puesto:
Como Internal Sales Networking Specialist, establecerás excelentes relaciones de venta con clientes y proveedores(Axis) a través de un compromiso proactivo y un conocimiento demostrable de productos especializados bajo supervisión.
Lo que harás:
- Desarrollar proactivamente relaciones con contactos/clientes internos y externos clave
- Impulsar las ventas de Networking (Axis)
- Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante la planificación de llamadas salientes a clientes
- Alcanzar objetivos mensuales/trimestrales de ingresos y margen (KPI)
- Gestionar las expectativas de los clientes sobre los pedidos pendientes e informar sobre ellos
- Asegurar que el sistema CRM se mantenga correctamente y proporcione información precisa del cliente
- Mantener y desarrollar relación con el partner(Axis) para estar actualizado de todas las novedades (incluido la planificación de cuentas, ventas cruzadas, etc.)
- Proporcionar, vender y negociar información de productos, precios, ofertas especiales y promociones
- Estar en comunicación con diferentes unidades internas (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
- Trabajar de cerca con el Business Developer Manager para seguir la estrategia de venta e identificar oportunidades
- Trabajar en equipo para lograr los objetivos marcados
Lo que buscamos:
- 1-2 años min. de experiencia en ventas B2B
- Fluidez en español
- Buen nivel de inglés
- Capacidad numérica con buena atención al detalle.
- Excelente trato telefónico
- Habilidades de planificación y gestión de prioridades
- Esfuerzo por alcanzar los objetivos establecidos
- Se valorará experiencia previa en sistemas informáticos para presupuestos, entrada de pedidos y CRM
- Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Se valorarán conocimientos del sector de IT, específicamente en Networking, pero no son imprescindibles
