For REWE digital Spain, a subsidiary of REWE Group, located in the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) in Malaga, we are searching for a Salesforce Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) to join the Customer Care product team. This role involves supporting customer care processes for the sales divisions REWE and Penny in both online and stationary business settings, aiming to provide top-notch customer and departmental support with quick responses and access to essential data. Responsibilities also include harmonizing applications, ensuring user-friendly interfaces, and staying up-to-date with new technologies.

What you will do:

  • You will offer technical support and development for Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Execute tasks for implementing new features and customizing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the platform.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user skills.
  • Maintain data integrity and security.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Engage in the agile process within the team.

What you will bring:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products.
  • Experience in implementing and customizing Service Cloud or similar Salesforce solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in working with databases and SOQL.
  • Practical mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications are beneficial.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of working with APIs and integrations.
