RETAIL PROJECT MANAGER

¿CÓMO SERIA TU DÍA A DÍA EN MANGO?


En dependencia del Director Global de retail, el retail Project manager lidera, coordina e impulsa proyectos a nível transversal que impactan en retail con el objetivo de incrementar las ventas y la eficiencia de nuestras tiendas físicas, colaborando activamente con los principales interlocutores tanto en el área de retail como en el resto de departamentos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Contribuir activamente a la creación del plan estratégico global de retail y participar en la realización de las hojas de ruta de los países.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan estratégico global a lo largo del año, colaborando con los Retail Managers en los países, así como con los principales interlocutores en el resto de departamentos.
  • Coordinar los encuentros semanales y mensuales de la dirección de retail y hacer seguimiento de las acciones que se deriven de estos encuentros para asegurar su realización.
  • Facilitar la consecución de nuestros objetivos a través de la colaboración transversal con los diferentes departamentos, constituyéndose como principal punto de contacto con el área de retail.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Formación Administración y Dirección de Empresa y/o Ingeniería. Valorable postgrado en dirección de empresas o MBA
  • Experiência en consultoría, preferiblemente consultoría estratégica (23 años) vinculada a retail internacional y/o experiência en posiciones de management en retail.
  • Se requiere dominio de inglés y disponibilidad para viajar.
