Analizar y medir la productividad, desempeño y funcionamiento de los diferentes departamentos a su cargo.
Liderar procesos de mejora continua y asegurar la rentabilidad de las diferentes áreas.
Asegurar el mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo de la maquinaria e instalaciones y gestionar las inversiones asociadas.
