Within the Legal and Compliance Team, you will give support to the team in the following areas:

Prevention of Money Laundering

  • Identification of clients and users
  • Analysis of alerts generated by the system
  • Support to the team in the development of the prevention tool
  • Support to the team in the construction of reports to the supervisory authority (SEPBLAC)

Regulatory

  • Analysis of the regulation applicable to the type of company and business activity
  • Preparation of reports on specific topics (strong authentication, cryptoassets, etc.)

Corporate/Contract

  • Review of deeds, minutes, etc. Monitoring of documentation and commercial obligations

Profile and skills required:

  • Applicants must be pursuing a Law or Business university degree (or related area of study).
  • Interested in working for a regulated company (Unnax is not a law firm)
  • Interested in understanding the operational aspects of a regulated company
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis of complex information
  • Ability to identify the applied business practice of the topics analyzed
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, French will be a plus

  • Position based in Barcelona
  • Fulltime or Parttime internship
