Marketing Manager Spain **para una empresa perteneciente al sector industrial dedicada a la fabricación de pequeños electrodomésticos para el hogar, la belleza y el bienestar, que se encuentra en pleno crecimiento.


MISIÓN


En dependencia de la Dirección General, la persona incorporada será responsable de definir y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing de las marcas de la compañía en España con el fin de dar a conocer la marca, reforzarla y obtener los indicadores clave de rendimiento estimados.


FUNCIONES
-
Trade Marketing Off y Online:

  • Coordinar la estrategia de trade marketing con Headquarter.
  • Definir y acordar un plan de trade marketing con los principales clientes.
  • Apoyar las presentaciones a clientes, vendiendo la historia de las marcas.
  • Garantizar la provisión de las mejores actividades de trade marketing en el punto de venta.
  • Coordinar el equipo de promotoras y GPV con la agencia y realizar el estudio de su rentabilidad.
  • Supervisión del desempeño de la formadora profesional.

Desarrollo de producto:

  • Propiciar una fuerte relación y una sólida comunicación con la sede central.
  • Realizar un análisis comparativo detallado de la competencia.
  • Aportar recomendaciones para su consideración por el equipo central de producto.
  • Determinar las gamas de productos, los canales de venta y la actividad de marketing en un plan congruente.

Fijación de precios y promociones:

  • Aplicar la estrategia de fijación de precios del presupuesto en el mercado.
  • Realizar las acciones oportunas para prevenir de conflictos de precios de los productos.
  • Planificar las promociones de acuerdo con el presupuesto acordado.
  • Realizar el estudio competitivo de los productos de otras compañías.

Comunicación:

  • Desarrollar y poner en marcha, con el apoyo de una agencia externa, una estrategia de comunicación y relaciones públicas digitales en línea con los indicadores clave de la sede central.
  • Coordinar un plan de medios sociales (influencers, redes sociales y TV) con el apoyo de una agencia externa.
  • Definir los criterios de selección y evaluación de la agencia contratada.
  • Realizar el análisis de las campañas realizadas, de las inversiones y de las propuestas de presupuesto.
  • Llevar a cabo los estudios de rentabilidad de las campañas comerciales realizadas.

Mantenimiento del sitio web:

  • Apoyar al Director de DTC para garantizar que los sitios web de DTC representen la marca y la historia del producto, realizando actualizaciones periódicas del catálogo del sitio web asegurando una buena definición e implementación del plan de marketing acordado.

REQUISITOS

  • Licenciatura o Grado en Marketing, Publicidad o Relaciones Públicas.
  • Experiência mínima de 5 años en marketing de productos de consumo (deseable en los sectores beauty, perfumería, farma o gran consumo).
  • Valorable experiência previa en gestión o coordinación de promotores de venta.
  • Nível avanzado de inglés.
  • Valorables conocimientos de italiano.
