At Hilton Grand Vacations, we're looking to recruit a Regional Inventory Manager (IM), based in our Yield Management office at Santa Barbara, Golf Del Sur, Tenerife, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated room nights (Inventory Management) within a portfolio of 9 Canary Islands resorts.

This role will learn all about offsetting timeshare costs and the strategic requirements our goals demand on Occupancy and RevPar.


Sharing an office and working closely with our Regional Revenue Manager, the Regional IM will develop strategies focused on maximising occupancy and revenue performance.

Along with coaching two direct reports to provide the highest standard of support to our internal customers, ensuring our Resort Operations and Club teams can service our members and guests efficiently and accurately.


The Regional IM role will continually develop two experienced and enthusiastic direct reports via weekly catch ups, monthly 121 meetings, and annual reviews.

Along with communicating regularly with fellow Regional IM's based in Malaga and the UK to ensure all European Resort Inventory Supervisors receive the support they need.

This role will report to the Director of Yield Management and Operations - Europe.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to,

  • Managing direct reports.
  • Holding/attending regular performance review meetings.
  • Working with Microsoft Office and Inhouse systems to assist with the proactive management of available room nights.
  • Forecasting and analysing performance data.
  • Presenting in both English and Spanish to various key stakeholders.
  • Providing training on system tools to improve efficiency.
  • Proactive yielding of inventory to maximise revenue and occupancy.
  • Servicing various company departments to meet members, guests, and team member's needs.
  • Some travel is required. You must hold a valid passport and driver's license.
The skills required to fulfil this role include,

  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident working both independently and within a diverse team environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and selfprioritise.
  • An intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel training will be provided.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both speaking and written.
