Your role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Intern to become part of our expanding team. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to various business functions at Ohme, with the potential for permanent employment post-internship. Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams in a program designed to foster professional growth in the electrifying field of electric vehicle technology.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for senior sales team members.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients and key decision makers.
  • Providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assisting in managing non-technical customer matters.
  • Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contributing to documentation creation and supervision.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Fluency in English and native fluency (C-1) in Portuguese.
  • Passion for sustainable technology and a drive to effect positive change.
