Primary Duties:

  • Support the Project Management Team in documentation and internal processes

Project Documentation:

  • Responsible for the timeliness, quality, and maintenance of the documentation package (drawings, specifications, customer requirements, certificates, proof of delivery, reports, technical documents, etc.), according to instructions given by the PM and customer needs
  • Capable of making minor modifications in formats as required
  • Loading necessary documents on project-specific websites
  • Keeping platforms up to date and notifying PM of any customer comments received

Follow-up of H&S documents and site access for jobs

Project Internal Process:

  • Assisting PM in internal processes such as updating Promised Dates, requesting POs, sending Proofs of Deliveries, etc.

Customer Relations:

  • Ability to communicate with customers to seek clarifications on document requests, resolve format issues, or address website queries

Interaction:

  • Frequent interaction with Project Managers, OM, and Market OPs
  • Occasional interaction with Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, and Engineering

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office, Project Management, and AutoCAD
  • Basic understanding of Project Management processes
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Work well under pressure and within agreed timelines
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Effective communication with peers and supervisors
  • Initiative and decision-making skills
  • Efficient, organized, dynamic, and enthusiastic
  • Preferably fluent in English
