AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. In simple terms, we are the ones who ensure that the cloud runs smoothly.
We manage all AWS data centers, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems to guarantee our customers uninterrupted access to the latest innovations.

You'll be part of a diverse group comprising software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain experts, security professionals, operations managers, and other essential roles.
You'll collaborate with various teams within AWS to maintain the highest standards of safety and security while offering extensive capacity at a cost-effective price for our clients.
Moreover, you'll be immersed in an inclusive environment that encourages innovative thinking and empowers you to see your ideas through to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with stakeholders in Spain and across EMEA, requiring proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Meet SLA's for assigned trouble tickets via a structured workflow.
- Act as the primary contact for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Conduct regular server hardware repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Engage with Smart Hands in EU Regional POPs.
- Ensure adherence to security and safety protocols in the data center.
- Participate in Data Center power & cooling events.
- Contribute to team meetings for analysis and goal achievement.
- Identify and assist in creating documentation for global use.
- Propose process enhancements relevant to the data center environment.
- Perform server upgrades, rebuilds, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors.
- Support the development of team members.
