¿Qué harás?


Como
Head of Accounting desarrollarás y ejecutarás la estrategia financiera y contable, garantizando un registro adecuado de las operaciones económicas de la empresa, supervisando la elaboración de la contabilidad financiera, analítica y, en su caso, los estados de cuentas consolidados.


Estas son algunas de las cosas que harás en tu día a día:

  • Liderar y coordinar el proceso de cierres contables mensuales.
  • Realizar reportes de estados financieros a dirección.
  • Confeccionar las cuentas anuales y el cierre del ejercicio.
  • Coordinar la auditoría externa anual.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas, principios contables y regulaciones de ley.
  • Automatizar y mejorar los procesos contables y de control interno.
  • Implantar y supervisar controles internos exhaustivos en las diferentes áreas.
  • Controlar la gestión financiera y la planificación de tesorería.
  • Elaborar informes de evolución de los estados contables y financieros.
  • Confeccionar y revisar la contabilidad analítica.
  • Consolidar los estados financieros.
  • Revisar y aprobar modelos tributarios.
  • Supervisar la gestión fiscal general.
  • Realizar una gestión eficiente en el equipo.



¿Cómo lo harás?
Te incorporarás el departamento de Finance y formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinar.

Requisitos mínimos



¿Qué buscamos?

  • Persona con formación universitaria en Finanzas y/o Economía, y posgrado especializado en el área financiera.
  • Con al menos 6 años de experiência como responsable en el área financiera.
  • Nível avanzado de excel y habilidades en manejo de bases de datos.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en uso de ERP (SAP, Holded, etc.)
  • Conocimientos avanzados del plan general contable.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en planificación y análisis financieros.
  • Conocimiento de los principios, prácticas, estándares, leyes y reglamentos de contabilidad, y experiência con IFRS internacional.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de fiscalidad.
  • Conocimientos en análisis de bases de datos.
  • Experiência en gestión de equipos.
  • Nível de inglés alto C1 o superior.

  • Que cuentes con habilidades para analizar información, pensar en problemas difíciles y tomar decisiones críticas basadas en información limitada.
  • Que cuentes con disponibilidad horaria.
  • Con motivación hacía nuevos proyectos, y con adaptabilidad a los cambios.
  • Valoramos positivamente que aportes vivencias o experiências profesionales en otros países a lo largo de tu carrera.
  • Que tengas motivación y/o conocimiento hacia la tecnología Blockchain, Web3 y criptomonedas.
