Nuestro cliente es la filial española de una empresa internacionals de Private Equity con operaciones en sector de Alimentación y Bebidas.
- Reporting, tanto desde el punto de vista comercial como del industrial y de procesos globales (Cash to Cash y Forecast to Deploy). Puntos de atención importantes son el proceso de pago del Impuesto Especiales y CFS.
- Realizar todas las simulaciones necesarias para poder argumentar las diferentes acciones estratégicas de la compañía (
¿Qué pasaría si?
), especialmente desd el punto de vista comercial/nuevos contratos y posiblemente desde la vertiente Capex/industrial.
- Preparar con el CEO de la Compañía todas las simulaciones relacionadas con futuras adquisiciones y/o proyectos JV, incluídos proyectos relacionados con nuestros accionistas de referencia en España.
- Preparar los documentos relacionados con Bancos, incluída la presentación de Avales o IFC, y ofrecer apoyo en el proceso de negociación.

Requisitos:
Se requiere un profesional (ella/él) básicamente habituado a y con excelentes conocimientos acerca de:
- SISTEMAS FINANCIEROS : Capaz de diseñar un sistema completo de control empresarial.
- INFORMES FINANCIEROS (Conocimiento de todo el proceso y su documentación)
- ANÁLISIS FINANCIERO. Dominio de las diferentes herramientas para conocer y gestionar el estado financiero de una empresa y que mejorarán su visibilidad financiera, rentabilidad y valor para el negocio y stakeholders.
- Con las habilidades necesarias para desarrollar PLANES DE NEGOCIO completos.
Competencias específicas requeridas:
- Creatividad. Para poder gestionar y desarrollar las diferentes situaciones del tipo "What if".
- Capacidad para diseñar y gestionar diferentes escenarios en el desarrollo de estrategias de la compañía. Alta capacidad de visión estratégica
Otras competencias que se valoraran:
- Persuasión y negociación (compra de empresas).
- Habilidades de colaboración y trabajo en equipo. Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad. Productividad y gestión del tiempo.
Es obligatorio un alto nível de los siguientes idiomas: inglés, español y catalán. Se valorará el conocimiento del idioma francés.
