Job Title: Financial Management Controller

Infinity Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing economic and financial analyses necessary for the operational and strategic management of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reporting tools for senior management, defining the main directives for controls and indicators to be put in place, and the reporting framework for management.
  • Design activity dashboards (weekly, monthly or quarterly) and set up and improve procedures for managing and optimizing the flow of financial information, ensuring reliability of data.
  • Analyze company monthly performance by studying deviations of results from budgets and objectives, providing insight and commentaries on the company activity.
  • Develop budget process with operational departments, collecting, analyzing and synthesizing budget data from operational departments and profit centers.
  • Supervise, control of inventories and accounting closures, performing reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reporting and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a management control finance and management control information system environment.
  • Business Schools (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, ESCP), Universities /Economics and Finance Section (e.g., Paris Dauphine) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in management control finance and management control information system, with a Master in Business Administration, Accounting-Control-Audit (CCA), Finance, Management Sciences, Business Strategy.
  • Accounting diplomas: DCG/DSCG.
  • Strong analytical skills and competence in data analysis, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and complete all tasks in a detailed and timely fashion.
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to successfully interact with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
