Desde Badenoch + Clark seleccionamos para compañía fabricante de software un/a Sr Remote Sales Manager que, reportando al Sales Director/a, se encargará de impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas SaaS y, desarrollar, construir y mantener relaciones con los responsables de la toma de decisiones y personas influyentes de las PYMEs.


Se trata de una compañía nacional que formando parte de un grupo internacional, se encuentra en pleno proceso de expansión y crecimiento por lo que dicho rol tendrá la oportunidad de ser agente activo del cambio, construyendo relaciones sólidas, con el fin de maximizar las ganancias y cumplir con sus objetivos.


Principales Retos:

  • Identificar y abordar las oportunidades de crecimiento para nuevos y diferentes SaaS, basándose en datos o en campañas de generación de demanda, a través de la prospección y el cultivo de cuentas identificadas.
  • Comunicar oportunidades complementarias y de venta cruzada a clientes de PYMES.
  • Impulsar la consecución de los objetivos trimestrales y anuales asignados en un territorio definido, desde la detección de una oportunidad hasta el cobro del flujo de caja.
  • Cultivar y fomentar un equipo de socios de clase superior a través de los negocios internos alineados.
  • Impulsar y apoyar campañas y eventos específicos de generación de demanda.
  • Participar activamente en las revisiones periódicas del pipeline y del negocio a nível nacional.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 10 años de experiência en el área ventas para empresas de TI y productos competitivos en escenarios de venta relacionados con SaaS.
  • Rol comprobado de Remote Sales Manager o similar.
  • Experiência sólida con software CRM y MS Office.
  • Experiência en la entrega de soluciones centrada a las necesidades del cliente.
