What You'll Be Doing:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Play a vital role in defining and establishing a talent mindset by assisting in designing and developing talent identification and career processes and frameworks
  • Expand and implement current processes and frameworks like career paths and succession models in other domains
  • Oversee the rollout of the performance management cycle and goal setting
  • Ensure regular reporting on all core talent processes to key stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of a robust succession plan to groom our leaders for their next challenge, promoting internal mobility
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to drive talent decisions
  • Assist in engagement initiatives to elevate engagement levels as a measure of excellence in the employee experience
  • Collaborate with COEs and HRBPs to implement HR programs such as Performance Reviews, Engagement surveys, Recognition programs, etc.
  • Offer consultative guidance to managers on executing core HR and Talent programs

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields along with 4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • A dynamic HR partner who can operate at a detailed level while also seeing the bigger picture
  • Strong project management abilities: capable of working independently, taking ownership, and being accountable for your projects
  • A critical thinker who questions to add value and finds practical solutions that work for the organization
  • Hands-on and comfortable both in designing and executing initiatives across HR
  • Proven track record of creative thinking, full participation, and collaborative work to develop and implement programs
  • Innate curiosity and a strong appetite for continuous learning and growth
  • Apt at managing change and shifting priorities
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills essential to connect with employees from diverse teams
