Conoce cuales van a ser tus
funciones:

  • Analizar datos de mercado y extraer conclusiones de valor para la mejora de la venta de la categoría.
  • Definir la estrategia de producto 1P + 3P.
  • Analizar nuevas tendencias de mercado e identificar nuevas familias de producto para satisfacer con éxito la demanda para los clientes early adopters.
  • Planificar e implementar estrategias de medio y largo plazo para cada familia dentro de la categoría de producto.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de la categoría, con foco principal en facturación y margen.
  • Gestionar y supervisar al equipo de Vendor Managers, Instock Managers, Marketplace Managers y Site Merchandisers de la categoría.
  • Construir, mantener y mejorar las relaciones con los equipos de liderazgo y decision makers de los partners.
  • Ser el punto de escalada de negociación con fabricantes, marcas y proveedores, dirigiendo la estrategia y liderando un equipo altamente cualificado de Vendor Managers que crearán relaciones de preferencia y confianza para lograr mejores precios; calidad de los servicios y/o ampliación de las categorías de producto.
  • Liderar, mediante la interpretación de métricas clave sobre marketing digital que afectan a la categoría, el equipo de Site Merchandisers para incrementar la visibilidad, relevancia y conversión de la categoría.
  • Liderar al equipo de instock para conseguir un modelo óptimo de compras y gestión de stock para la categoría.
  • Colaborar proactivamente con las demás áreas de desarrollo de negocio y marketing para evangelizar de las necesidades de visibilidad, funcionalidad y servicios necesarios para la categoría.

Requisitos

  • Graduado, diplomado, licenciado en ADE, Empresariales, Comercio Internacional, Ventas y Marketing.
  • Deseable un postgrado o Máster en el área de Negocio (MBA), Compras y/o Marketing Digital.
  • Experiência demostrable de al menos 3 años en la gestión de negocio dentro del mercado de tecnología y/o electrónica de consumo.
  • Experiência acreditable en el uso de herramientas de analítica / BI.
  • Conocimiento sobre marketing digital aplicado a Ecommerce
  • Nível inglés C1.
