Join our team as

Inco Sales Manager

ESP-Mataró (Barcelona)

Join us to lead the Incontinence business in Spain. You will collaborate with our external sales network services provider for Primary Care and Pharmacy, working towards our commercial objectives. Additionally, oversee our KAM team, optimizing national and regional pharmaceutical distribution accounts for HARTMANN's Outpatient division. Help shape the future of healthcare in Spain with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales development and achievement in defined area, channel, or category
  • Focusing on expanding existing clients and acquiring new business
  • Creating the business plan for current and new opportunities
  • Key interface in sales between the KA and relevant internal functions
  • Managing the sales team and working closely with the external task force project lead to set sales objectives and HARTMANN strategy
  • Motivating staff to reach sales targets
  • Setting sales targets, activity KPIs, and training programs
  • Progress reporting with KPIs
  • Visiting customers and potential customers as well as headquarters and primary centers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in BA or health-related field
  • Valuable MBA
  • Relevant experience and knowledge in prescription channel, along with negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed
  • Strategic vision
  • Fluency in English
