Supervisor (French)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking Supervisor for their Málaga office.

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
• Hire and train new employees
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

• Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Detailoriented, well organized and able to adhere to deadlines.
