Descripción de la misión:
La filial española de HMCLAUSE está buscando a su responsable de estación de investigación y desarrollo en Murcia.
Reportando directamente al Station Manager de la filial, supervisarás directamente al equipo de operaciones.
Entre tus misiones principales dentro de HMCLAUSE:
Garantizarás la optimización de los procesos que se realizan dentro del equipo de operaciones de la estación, la gestión del presupuesto, la seguridad, la calidad y la mejora continua de todas las actividades, cumpliendo con las expectativas del cliente.
Perfil:
Nível de educación Master o Ingeniería (Especialización agrícola o agronómica)
Justificando una sólida experiência en el sector de las semillas, principalmente en la dirección de una estación de investigación y gestión de equipos.
Competencias:
- Perfil orientado a la organización y planificación.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, serás una pieza clave para desarrollar a las personas que forman parte de tu equipo.
Acostumbrado/a a trabajar y/o comunicarte a nível internacional.Idiomas:
- Inglés B2-C1
