Job Summary
Catenon is seeking an experienced HVAC Leader to join our team on an Offshore HVDC stations project. As an HVAC Leader, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and review of HVAC systems for HVDC Offshore station topsides, ensuring that all aspects of the design meet company specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and review of HVAC systems for HVDC Offshore station topsides
- Ensure that all aspects of the design meet company specifications
- Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless and complete integration of HVAC systems into the overall project design
- Ensure that technical reviews are conducted in a timely and thorough manner, including technical evaluation of bids and coordination of submittals
Requirements
- Extensive experience in HVAC system analysis and review, including the development of technical specifications, heat load calculations, pressure drop calculations, duct calculations and development of single line diagrams, DID's and design philosophies
- Experience in reviewing technical documentation issued by third parties, ensuring compliance with project requirements and coordination with other engineering disciplines on EPC projects
- Ability to design in accordance with international codes and standards such as DIN 18088, DNVGL, and ISO
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Previous experience in the Oil Gas or offshore sector is desirable
- Minimum English level B2 high, preferably C1, with the ability to maintain a fluent interlocution with clients and suppliers
- Availability for occasional travel according to the needs of the project
