Forma parte de la REDvolución.Necesitamos un Lead - Guest Service Manager (Front Office Manager) para:
- Lograr la satisfacción del cliente y las metas de ingresos de las habitaciones supervisando toda la operación del área de Recepción.
- Participar para y por el rápido y excelente check in and check out de nuestros huéspedes.
- Utilizar herramientas de liderazgo y motivación para maximizar la productividad y satisfacción de todos los miembros del equipo.
- Desarrollador/Exportador de personas y del Talento.
