Key Responsibilities:

  • PROJECT RELATED TASKS:
  • Understand the business processes and data challenges of the organization
  • Identify organization strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement
  • Review and document business requirements, create business specifications, make recommendations related to the proposed solution e.g., process change or system solution
  • Undertake and coordinate testing plans and activities
  • Ensure issues are identified, reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure the proper communication with all the project stakeholders
  • Lead projects within countries or take input from project leads. Provide appropriately and accurately comments/feedback when applicable
  • CUSTOMER, COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS ANALYSIS
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships by improving IT Solutions
  • Drive new Customer system integrations
  • Assist in the facilitation of business meetings
  • DATA ANALYSIS
  • Provide efficient data analysis by using our business intelligence solution
  • Support internal users on dashboard creation
  • ERP APPLICATION MANAGEMENT:
  • Identify issue and/or improvement areas
  • Communicate needs to the IT central teams following the implementations
  • Users training and UAT
  • Third part integration
  • PROBLEM SOLVING
  • Identify critical issues, approaching it with a structured approach
  • Design and run (facilitate) workshops with a variety of stakeholders to analyze challenges and generate solutions

Experiência y aptitudes deseadas:

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experienced in IT Projects management and IT Product Management, related to ERP solutions
  • Process mapping, analysis, and improvement
  • Processes /tasks automation using RPA solution
  • Business requirements analysis
  • Relevant Knowledge in ERP, WMS and CRM
  • Good knowledges in Reporting and Business intelligence tool (Power BI)
  • Good Presenting and Communications skills
  • Problem and Incident management


She or he should be used to work in a team but being able to work in an autonomous and independent way.


Being able to take over the responsibility and ownership of the tasks and projects she/he will be involved in a proactive way.

Being autonomous to make decisions within her/his area of responsibility

During the interview, there will be also considered a plus:

  • Supply chain and/or logistics experience
  • ITIL and/or Prince2 Certification and/or Agile Methodology
  • SAP: User level
  • Optional: PowerBI, Power Query, VBA, SQL
