What your new job can look like
With the pace of Moodle, no two days will ever be the same You will work with and assist our Senior Financial Analyst with reporting and analysing financial and business performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations in a shareable, actionable and standardised framework, including:
- Assist in the preparation of annual and semi annual budgets, and with monthly analysis of actual performance to budget.
- Assist in the preparation of acquisition strategy models and in the integration of acquisitions, including standardising and establishing processes.
- Prepare reports and slides with insights, recommendations and proposed actions.
- Finance partnering with other teams and with management to drive better business outcomes. Compile high level reports, proposals and adhoc analysis as required

Requirements:
We'd love to meet you
Especially if you can talk to us about your:
- Business Administration / Economics Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience working in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills with strong Excel knowledge, being able to develop and maintain detailed excel based financial models and dealing with large data sets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all stakeholders ensuring outcomes are understood and ability to work across teams
- Strong business acumen and financial statement understanding. Accounting / financial statement preparation experience preferred
- Experience preparing and structuring presentations
- Fluency in English
