The Global Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting financial data and providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Budget design
- Work hand in hand, and ensure the correct transmission of financial information to the general management.
- Preparation of periodic reports, both weekly and monthly, that facilitate the understanding and analysis of the financial situation. Actively interact with operations to detect deviations and propose action plans
- Control and monitoring of the P&L.
- Build the management control area of the company.
- Participate in the constant transformation and digitization of the financial department of the company.
- Review of monthly accounting closings Ability to make decisions autonomously Management of analysis tools (preferably D365, Power BI )
- Analyze and interpret financial information to inform business decisions and strategies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and communicate results to stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize areas for financial improvement and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track performance metrics
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SAP)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
