- Collaborates in the Research phase on user personas to understand their context and identify real problems to solve.
- Supports the facilitator in Co-creation Workshops.
- Assists in developing the solution and presentations for decision-making.
- Supports in defining User Experience (UX-UI). Grounds the experience by defining product interaction through WF, mockups, designs, and prototypes.
- Assists in conducting tests and trials with users to measure design effectiveness.
- Conducts testing with the developed product to validate visual, functionality, interaction, and responsiveness.
