En este proyecto:

  • Formarás parte de una plantilla experimentada, cercana, cualificada y comprometida, que te acompañará y guiará, para que tu proceso de adaptación sea mucho más fácil. Además de, ayudarte en todo lo que necesites para que puedas alcanzar el éxito en tu posición.
  • Disfruta de todos los fines de semana libres, en este puesto sólo trabajarás de Lunes a Viernes, los sábados y domingos los podrás dedicar a aquello que más te apetezca.
  • En este puesto tendrás horario flexible de entrada y salida, organiza tu jornada de la manera que más se adapte a tus necesidades
  • Dispondrás de dispositivo móvil y/o portátil para que cómodamente puedas trabajar desde donde más te apetezca sin necesidad de preocuparte por el WIFI o tu factura de teléfono. Todas las herramientas que necesites para desarrollar tu trabajo te las facilitará la empresa usuaria.
  • Salario según convenio 23874 € brutos anuales
  • Contrato de sustitución de larga duración

Para poder ser valorado en esta oferta, tendrás que cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Se requiere formación mínima de Grado Superior en ingeniería Industrial, diseño o similar

Valorable formación universitaria

Conocimientos avanzados de paquete Office y Autocad

Valorables conocimientos de Revit

Nível de inglés mínimo B2

Experiência previa de al menos 1 año como Project Management Assistant

Disponibilidad para desplazamientos esporádicos

Tus funciones y responsabilidades serán:


El Project Management Assistant dará soporte al responsable de el/la oficina técnico/a, para la coordinación, planificación y ejecución de los proyectos.

El trabajo que inicialmente desempeñaría la persona que entre al equipo de proyectos sería:

  • Gestión de proyectos:
  • Dar soporte al Project Manager en la ejecución de los proyectos, organizando los/las diferentes proveedores/as y partners con las necesidades del cliente
  • Preparación de ofertas técnicos/as de equipos a clientes
  • Actualización de listas de precios
  • Actualización de presentaciones en PowerPoint para clientes
  • Introducir ofertas en el CRM de la empresa (GForce).
  • Configuración de equipos con el programa de software de diseño propio de la compañía.
  • Creación de bloques y realización de planos
  • Comunicación con fábrica para consultar dudas técnicos/as de equipos.
  • Dar soporte al equipo comercial y servicio postventa sobre aspectos técnicos/as de los equipos
