Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the periodic or oneoff compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements;
  • Calculate settlements / amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions;
  • Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period;
  • Administration and bookkeeping of the transactions;
  • Management of communications / to be delivered to the borrowers and the different Loan Admin. departments, according to the financing agreements;
  • Execution the instructions to make payments of interest and principal from the borrower to the lenders and to the on each payment date;
  • Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions: Spain, UK, NY, Japan and all jurisdictions with Loan Agency needs.
  • Training and direct support to different jurisdictions as as product experts and centre of excellence.
  • Cooperate with IT team in developing inhouse software.
  • Management and coordination of Syndicated Guarantees Facilities and Factoring Facilities.
  • Loan Servicing.

Skills / experience:

  • Experience in the banking sector is an asset the banking sector;
  • Excellent work attitude, quick and willing learner and proficient team player;
  • Experience ideally in agency management is an asset as well as in review of financing contracts, ideally knowledge of LMA contracts, calculations of loan settlements, management of participations, etc. Experience with Intralinks/ Debtdomain or similar loans communication tools is an advantage;
  • C2 English a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly;
  • Ability to take initiative;
  • Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and cando mindset;
  • Willingness to learn and get relevant experience in the syndicated loans sector.
