MISSION STATEMENT

El Trade Marketing administration support trabajará de la mano de todo el equipo de TRADE, y desempeñará una función esencial para el equipo. Estará en comunicación constante con los equipos de ventas y Marketing. Entre otros, llevará la gestión de todas las herramientas comerciales, y ayudará en el control y seguimiento del presupuesto del equipo.

También apoyará puntualmente en la ejecución de proyectos de nuestras marcas en clientes de los canales de ON y OFF TRADE a nivel nacional, y desarrollará proyectos creativos con agencias. Buscamos a un perfil polivalente, con iniciativa y muchas ganas de aprender.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Gestión de Material para el Punto de Venta (POSM)

Análisis y cuadre de stocks de POSM.Soporte a Marketing en el proceso de compras de POSM a Maison.Gestión de Obsoletos.Mejorar y optimizar la herramienta de control de POSM.Gestión de presupuesto y análisis Llevar un control exhaustivo de los presupuestos de Trade Marketing y todos los gastos del departamento. Cuadre mensual con la herramienta de contabilidad interna (Anaplan).Alta de proveedores.Creación y Migo de Ordenes de compra en SAP, gestión de facturas y otras consultas.Análisis varios de datos con el Trade MKT Manager.Proyectos ON/OFF TRADEDesarrollar un Toolkit de herramientas para el On y Off trade, aterrizando los planes de marca en programas concretos a implementar los clientes. Brief a agencias, negación de presupuestos, supervisión de la producción e implementación en las cuentas.Apoyo a los Trade MKT Executives en la campaña de verano y de navidad; liderar ciertos proyectos directamente con clientes y equipo comercial.Llevar a cabo proyectos de creatividades y diseños para los clientes (tentcarts, flyers, RRSS...)Supervisión de la producción de cartas para nuestros mejores clientes.Reporting interno de best practices Trade.QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education: Graduate/Degree level education.

Languages: Español nativo/alto. Inglés: nivel alto.

Professional experience & know how: Se valora cualquier experiencia previa en empresa. Se valora cualquier experiencia con SAP o programas de gestión similares.

Technical & management skills:

Organización y priorización de tareas. Nivel avanzado de Excel, es una herramienta de trabajo esencial para esta posición. Se busca buena capacidad de razonamiento y actitud resolutiva.
