Desde Manpower Group nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Purchasing Supplier Engineer para uno de nuestros proyectos Interim en cliente final en el sector automoción.
La misión del puesto:
- Gestionar el proceso APQP con proveedores para asegurar lanzamientos exitosos según los requisitos de OEM e IES.
- Coordinar y cerrar los PPAPs utilizando el portal de proveedores.
- Colaborar con el equipo de calidad de planta para mitigar riesgos durante el lanzamiento.
- Gestionar cambios en los programas con proveedores hasta 6 meses después del SOP (Start of Production).
- Garantizar una comunicación efectiva entre equipos para lograr entregas puntuales y sin incidencias.
- Realizar evaluaciones de viabilidad con posibles proveedores antes de la nominación.
- Apoyar el proceso de nominación en el comité de compras.
- Asegurar que los proveedores entreguen PPAP a tiempo junto con los compradores del programa y el Supplier Program Manager (SPM).
- Monitorear los entregables de APQP, como planes de control, FMEA, validación, estudios de capacidad y aprobación de muestras.
- Coordinar procesos críticos de características especiales (SC y CC).
- Realizar en las instalaciones del proveedor y auditorías de procesos según sea necesario.
- Preparar inspecciones de entrada con el SQE de planta.
- Supervisar el aumento de producción del proveedor (Ramp-up).
- Garantizar que los problemas de calidad se resuelvan eficazmente y documentarlos en SAP-QM.
- Asegurar un proceso transparente de gestión de cambios desde el equipo del programa hasta el proveedor.
- Mantener el estado de las piezas (configuración y niveles de revisión) durante el lanzamiento.
- Apoyar al Supplier Development Leader con análisis de desempeño y lecciones aprendidas del programa.
- Título universitario en Ingeniería (BSc o MSc) o equivalente.
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz en áreas de compras, calidad, gestión de programas u operaciones.
- Experiencia en APQP, gestión de proveedores y procesos de suministros (ventaja adicional).
- Familiaridad con aplicaciones del Portal de Proveedores y requisitos globales de la industria automotriz.
- Dominio del inglés.
- Gestión del proceso APQP.
- Coordinación y cierre de PPAP con proveedores.
