Role: Senior Account Executive (Enterprise)Location: Spain, Remote.Salary: €70,000 - €85,000 + Double OTE.JGA are partnering with an leading, established, internaitonal HR and Payroll Technology business, seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage enterprise level, large ticket sales across EMEA. Our client has just secured a large amount of funding to fuel their next chapter offering an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth environment, managing large, complex deals with multinational clients.Please note prior experience of enterprise sales in the HRIS/ HCM or Payroll sphere is essential on this occasion. Key Responsibilities:Achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation and strategic territory management.Build strong pipelines, deliver compelling solution-oriented presentations, and create lasting client relationships.Collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand market share and enhance client experience.Stay ahead of market trends, attending industry events to ensure a competitive edge.What We're Looking For:French and English Language skills highly desirable but not essential.Proven track record in closing large Enterprise deals, achieving or exceeding targets.Deep understanding of HCM/HRIS and Global Payroll solutions.Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at C-suite level.Highly motivated, resilient, and charismatic with exceptional communication abilities.Interested?Contact Sam today: sam@jgarecruitment.com JGA are dedicated to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
