Logistics Technician/Order Manager, Bilbao, Spain

We are looking for a LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN / ORDER MANAGER fluent in English and French to join our Gantrex team in Sondika.
Objectives:The person will be responsible for the management of orders for the sale of materials from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
Requirements:- Experience >5 years
- Used to work with ERP's (Dynamics 365 very valuable).
- English, high level.
- French, high level
- Used to work in an international environment.
- Review of orders and contracts, acknowledgement of receipt of orders, stock control for order supplies.
- Experience in international shipments, Logistics
- Entry of orders into the system, preparation of documentation (delivery notes, packing lists, BLs, etc.), shipment management.
- Used to working with long term projects/orders, which can take up months, with several shipments from different parts of the world, etc.
- Occasionally dealing with suppliers
– Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with agility and accuracy.
What we offer:- Temporary contract initially and subsequently indefinite
- Teleworking one day a week or two afternoons.
