This summer, we're on the lookout for a Lead to take charge at The Rooftop , our bar-restaurant with a pool on the top floor. You'll be the heart of the rooftop: leading the team, organizing service, and making sure everything flows.

What You Will Do Service & Guest Experience
  1. Ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience with high-quality service.
  2. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar so that every order is perfect and on time.
  3. Oversee the ambiance, table setup, and music to match the rooftop's vibe.
Operations & Management
  1. Organize schedules, shifts, and team assignments to ensure smooth service.
  2. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  3. Manage inventory and orders so nothing runs out (and nothing goes to waste).
  4. Coordinate with other departments for events, promotions, and operational improvements.
  5. Track performance and key goals to optimize results.
Leadership & Team Development
  1. Motivate and train the team to keep them engaged and performing at their best.
  2. Be the go-to person for support, problem-solving, and keeping daily operations on point.
  3. Foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued.
  4. Identify talent and help team members grow within the company.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within F&B.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Cool under pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in Spanish & English.
