Position Summary:
As a French-Speaking Sales Representative, your main focus will be on generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our innovative software solutions. You will engage in cold calling, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, particularly in cold calling and upselling. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development:
    • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls to potential clients in the French-speaking market.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and converting leads into long-term customers.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and targeted campaigns.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations to foster loyalty and retention.
    • Understand each client's business requirements and tailor software solutions to meet their specific needs.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  3. Upselling & Account Growth:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling additional features, services, or products that align with client needs.
    • Present new software solutions and enhancements to clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling strategies and strong client engagement.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration during the sales process.
  4. Customer Support:
    • Provide high-quality support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product training.
    • Ensure clients have a positive experience with our software solutions, addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation of our software.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and customer feedback to management.
    • Use insights from client feedback to inform future sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (C1 level or above) with strong English communication skills.
  • Location: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation package included).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling. Experience in the software or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software platforms and quick to learn new technologies. Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively, especially in a hybrid environment.
