Then this is your opportunity within one of the world's leading insurance groupsIn this role of a Senior Business Analyst for reporting, you will be part of the global "Reporting and Analytics" community and Change Delivery Service within Group Investment Management. You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions. You will analyse interrelationships of business processes, complex data and financial systems, define IT specifications and implement reporting front-end solution for our global end user base.Your roleYour main responsibilities will involve:Lead and support initiatives and projects related to new or existing business intelligence solutionsDevelop and maintain analytical, regulatory, and operational reports and dashboards using business intelligence toolsAnalysis of reporting analytics business requirements and translation into functional and technical solution specificationsPerform impact analysis of application holding an end-to-end view of the systemContinuous improvement of existing reporting processes, services and infrastructureEnsure compliance, governance and data qualityYour Skills and ExperienceYour skills and qualifications will ideally include:Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field3+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, specifically in the field of business intelligence.Understanding of financial products, financial markets as well as the main accounting principles (IFRS, GAAPs)Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)Familiarity with SAP BW4HANA and ERP system SAP FAM/TRM or FICOAdvanced skills for data analytics and data modelling with reporting front-end tools (SAP AFO, MS Power BI or similar) is a plusHighly organised with good attention to detailProven analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentGood self-management skills and stress resilienceBenefits:Over 300 euros to set up your home office and additional monthly home office allowanceWide range of internal and external trainings, including free English and Spanish classes depending on the needsTicket restaurant or flexibility to exchange it for other benefitsLife, accident, and Health InsuranceCollective Life Retirement Plan2000 referral bonus if you bring other talented people like youSpecial banking and insurance conditions plus Exclusive Employees discountsFunctional diversity benefitsNo dress codePrimary work location is Barcelona, Via Augusta.
