For an international project in Budapest, we are urgently looking for a Full remote Senior Business Analyst/Coordinator GenAI. The Senior Business Analyst/Coordinator GenAI will manage, analyse and support of GenAI use cases/requests globally.

EU candidates are welcome to apply and be based in Europe. Work permit is not provided. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Business analysis;
  • Interviews/meetings with business partners and Use case definition;
  • Manage of the request tracker and reporting/dashboards, following up;
  • Input to the workflows/process of managing GenAI requests;
  • Support business partners in prompt engineering and how to best use AI including documentation and user training resources;
  • Identification of users and documentation of "to be process" flows for AI requests;
  • Support the core team in Implementation of AI Proof-of-Concept sites/bots, communications etc.;
  • Progress reporting on a regular basis as required;

Profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Information Technology or a related field;
  • +5/+8 years of IT work experience;
  • +3 years as business analyst;
  • Previous experience working as a business analyst involving AI, text/data analytics projects in the workplace;
  • Familiar with generative AI;
  • Experience with Python and UX/UI is an advantage;
  • Familiar with formal IT project management best practices (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Experience with working in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Essential Skills;
  • Experience in business analysis, ideally related to AI, text/data analytics;
  • Excellent organizational skills, reporting and documenting;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English;
