This role combines hands-on HR operations with strategic support. As Culture Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, and internal communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage accurate HR processes to support managers and employees.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment aligned with corporate policies and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Promote training initiatives and continuous employee development.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and resolve labor-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, analyze reports, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Handle employee relations and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Implement internal communications aligned with management values.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address their needs.

We require a candidate with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an international or industrial environment. Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR operations, and compliance is essential.
