Aufgaben
  • Du bist zuständig für die Remote- sowie Vorort-Unterstützung unserer Kunden
  • kategorisierst und priorisierst Serviceanfragen
  • bearbeitest Störungen, Anfragen und Änderungswünsche unserer Kunden
  • analysierst bestehende Kundenumgebungen
  • betreust Projekte
  • erhältst Freiraum für Kreativität und neue Ideen
  • Du wächst gemeinsam mit uns und unseren Herausforderungen
Qualifikation
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Dich interessiert nicht nur die technische Seite, sondern es begeistert dich, Produkte und Ausrichtung von INVENTRY aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, setzt dich gerne mit neuen Themen auseinander und bildest dich ständig weiter
  • gutes Wissen sowie Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Client und Windows Server Systemen
  • großes Interesse an Business Prozessen und starke Kundenorientierung
  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • unternehmerisches Denken
