Siempre contando con asesores expertos y teniendo al mejor alineado: la tecnología.Ya son más de 11 MILLONES de personas las que disfrutan de su Producto como usuarios/as y están en varios países poniendo a la tecnología al servicio de un propósito muy claro: simplificarte la vida.Toda su tecnología está montada sobre tecnología .Net Core y se encuentran en plena migración a una plataforma Cloud (Azure) basada en una arquitectura desacoplada con microservicios.Tienen un stack moderno pero les queda mucho recorrido por hacer y para eso te necesitan, para entrar como System Engineer y ayudarles en toda esta migración a Cloud (Azure).Tu evoluciónTu primer díaEn 1 mesEl primer día te estarán esperando con los brazos abiertos y tu welcome pack en las manos.El primer mes, es una etapa de aterrizaje y conocimiento. Ya tendrás configurado tu ordenador y estarás conociendo el proyecto. Es un periodo de adaptación e interiorización.Serás persona referente en Azure para realizar la migración a Cloud.Gestionarás y administrarás los servidores junto con otras personas del equipo.Pondrás foco en la optimización de costes de la infraestructura.Gestionarás la infraestructura de comunicaciones a nivel global.Instalarás bases de datos y una arquitectura acorde con las necesidades.Instalarás los servidores de aplicaciones.Propondrás e implementarás planes de recuperación en caso de desastre (DRP).Serás una pieza clave en la mejora continua e iterativa del departamento.Son un equipo con una fuerte cultura de propiedad. Aportan un gran valor a las personas, cuidan a su talento y todos/as reman en equipo.Aplican metodologías agile en su día a día. No son puristas de una en concreto, sino que la adaptan e iteran según las necesidades del equipo.Se adaptan a las características y necesidades del equipo, para que todas las personas se sientan cómodas.Los horarios son flexibles y dependen de cómo se organiza cada equipo. Podrás conciliar tu vida personal con la profesional sin problema.A nivel general, los horarios son de lunes a jueves con una entrada flexible de 8.00 a 10.00 y salida según la entrada. Los viernes y en verano (julio y agosto) disfrutan de jornada intensiva saliendo a las 15.00.Día laborableVacaciones24 días.Jornada laboralTurno continuoEn verano.PresencialRastreator quiere que puedas dar lo mejor de ti, haya donde seas más productivo.Para ello han implementado un sistema de teletrabajo bastante flexible. Intentan acudir a las oficinas una cada 15 días, pero siempre con esa flexibilidad que les caracteriza.Te recibirán con los brazos abiertos en sus oficinas donde podrás estar codo a codo con las personas del equipo para romper la barrera del ordenador.En Rastreator trabajan más de 140 personas, tienen un equipo muy diverso formado por compañeros italianos, españoles, franceses, indios, turcos…Aunque con quien más trabajarás en tu día a día será con los compañeros españoles.Están buscando a una persona que tenga gran experiencia como System Engineer Cloud. Para ello, necesitan que la persona que se incorpore, tenga los siguientes skills:Experiencia en la gestión y administración de servidores en Cloud (Azure).Agárrate que vienen curvas. Fíjate todo lo que Rastreator está ofreciendo a sus empleados:De base, tendrás 24 días de vacaciones a los que tiene que sumar el 24 y 31 diciembre y el día de tu cumpleaños. Pero la cosa no queda aquí, con la antigüedad vas obteniendo más días. Cuando cumplas 5 años en la compañía, tendrás dos días más de vacaciones y otros dos cuando hagas los 10 años.
