GMA Corporate, Spain’s Leading International Hotel Investment & Asset Management company, is looking for an expert Revenue Manager to join our hospitality real estate team, playing an exciting role with direct responsibility of the Revenue Management of our Assets, actively participating in the value optimization of our hotels, as well as the growth and expansion of the company. Based in our office in Pozuelo, Madrid, this is a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional with proven success in optimizing revenue in all aspects of a portfolio of hotels.


Responsibilities: 


Develop accurate revenue forecasts and generate reports to management on financial performance and growth opportunities. Analyze historical and current data to identify market trends, competition and growth opportunities.Design, implement and monitor effective pricing strategies based on analysis of historical data and market trends.Monitor that inventory is optimized for maximum occupancy and profitability, taking full advantage of high and low season opportunities.Work closely with asset management and operations teams to implement strategies effectively. Utilize revenue management systems and analytical tools to optimize hotel performance.Prepare revenue performance reports and presentations for senior management.


Requirements:

Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.University degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.A professional level of English is necessaryExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrable experience working with revenue management tools.Systems: Microsoft 365, Power BI, etc...
