Desde W Executive estamos colaborando con una empresa familiar multinacional dedicada a la producción y venta de fertilizantes orgánicos, bioestimulantes y productos biológicos para suelos. Queremos incorporar un Country Sales manager, con reporte a Europa, responsable de las relaciones comerciales y el soporte técnico para optimizar las ventas.


Posición basada en España en cualquier ubicación (no es necesario residir en MADRID), con viajes muy frecuentes por todo el territorio nacional, especialmente zonas centro y sur.


Misión y funciones

Como Country Sales manager, serás responsable del desarrollo del mercado en España, asegurando la estrategia de ventas y contribuyendo al crecimiento de la empresa en el territorio nacional.


Las principales funciones son:


Desarrollo de la estrategia comercial y alcance de los objetivos de ventas para España.Identificación del potencial total del mercado y desarrollo de planes en colaboración con los especialistas en marketing y producto.Ser el punto de contacto principal para los clientes en España, manteniendo relaciones sólidas y a medio y largo plazo. Realización de acuerdos, cotizaciones y negociación de precios.Mantener la planificación de previsiones y stock para proporcionar un servicio óptimo al cliente.Desarrollar y mantener colaboraciones estratégicas, brindando apoyo técnico y comercial a los clientes.Asistencia y participación en ferias comerciales, jornadas de campo y otros eventos. Expansión de mercado mediante red y habilidades de ventas.


Perfil buscado (H/M/D)


Título universitario de Ingeniero Agrónomo, Químico o similar.Experiencia de 5 años en ventas para sector fertilizantes. La experiencia en sector agrícola y/o fertilizantes es imprescindible para optar a esta vacante.Inglés muy fluido mínimo nivel C1 (reporte extranjero).Actitud comercial y capacidad para buscar nuevas oportunidades. Experiencia en gestión de relaciones con clientes. Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación.Espíritu de aprendizaje y orientación a soluciones. Proactividad, autogestión y autonomía.Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente.
