Tu principal misión será garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de todas las estructuras de nuestro canarl RPO.
Tus principales funciones serán:
Realización de todas las tareas de coordinación y gestión de la puesta en marcha de servicios con los equipos dedicados y oficinas.
Puesta en marcha del servicio, monitorizarlo por fases y asegurar con el Service Delivery Manager local la correcta implementación y seguimiento.
Diseño de cuadro de mandos para cada cliente incluyendo los kpis a medir + encuestas de satisfacción Cliente y Candidato/a del servicio.
Control y gestión de la asignación de herramientas y portales de publicación por cada servicio y seguimiento mensual.
Realización de informes ad hoc para el servicio, coordinación de consultores/as y envío de Newsletter mensual del canal RPO interno.
Comunicación interna del canal y organización de eventos formativos.
Gestión y coordinación del canal a nivel informativo.
Apoyo en la realización del forecast y en la facturación mensual por cliente.
Formación a consultores/as en ATS y cuadros de mandos.
Responsable por el desarrollo de reporting de KPI, dashboards personalizados a clientes, balances de servicio.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio en cliente, de acuerdo a la propuesta de valor a nivel nacional.
Garantizar el correcto cumplimiento y comunicación de la información a cliente final y confección y análisis de la BBDD por cliente.
Diseño y desarrollo de informes ad hoc al cliente (Balances de servicio, CCMM, Dashboards, gráficas ect)
Asegurar la implantación de los estándares de Calidad, orientados a tangibilizar la propuesta de valor ofrecida al cliente.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs del área de Servicio de la mano de la operación.
Satisfacción Clientes y Candidatos
Envio de encuestas de NPS
Impulsar acciones vinculadas a los resultados de satisfacción y fidelización de clientes y candidatos.
Requisitos
Titulación universitaria, valorable postgrado en RRHH.
Experiencia de al menos 1 año realizando funciones similares.
Nivel Office muy alto (Excel y Power Point)
Programas de presentaciones (Prezi y similares)
Nivel alto en orientación al cliente.

Tendrás un salario fijo + un salario variable.
