Our opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Data Analytics to lead our Data Analytics team and join our efforts in building a data driven company. We are looking for someone who can blend technical expertise with strategic thinking, lead data-driven analyses, strategies and insights to empower our health & wellbeing platform and mobile apps, catering to both corporate and consumer clients. Your role
- Align the Data Analytics team goals and priorities with the overall company .
- Guide and oversee activities within the Data Analytics teams and closely collaborate with the Data Platform team.
- Proactively initiate and lead data analyses that drive business and product strategies and outcomes based on data insights.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making across LiveWell. Empower LiveWell leadership and key stakeholders across growth, marketing, and product in making informed decisions and leveraging data to improve operations and execution.
- Develop strategies to effectively collect, manipulate and analyze data. Implement and refine analytical methods to enhance data systems and streamline business processes.
- Ensure high-quality analytics processes, analyses, and solutions.
- Coach, develop and mentor the Data Analytics team.
- Lead the development and delivery of reporting and data insights both standard and customized to meet the needs of our corporate customers.
Your Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years in data analysis & warehousing with a proven track record of making substantial contributions to business success through data insights, strategy and fostering a data driven culture.
- 3+ years leading a team of Data Analysts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in SQL, data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata), and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), AWS data platform, Programing using PySpark and Python.
- Experience in consumer behavior analytics and experience with mobile app data analytics.
- Experience with leveraging analytics for agile digital product development (e.g. A/B testing).
- Previous experience in a product company or marketplace is a big plus
- Experience in the health and wellbeing sector is a plus
