Om jobbet
Som Content Moderator vil du være ansvarlig for at filtrere indholdet på en populær social medie-platform. Du vil arbejde med screening og overvågning af platformen for foruroligende, voldeligt eller andet upassende indhold, for at give en sikker oplevelse for dens brugere og fællesskaber. Bemærk at indholdet i nogle tilfælde vil indeholde stærkt og følsomt grafisk indhold.
- Analysere og gennemgå indhold på dansk, der ikke er i overensstemmelse med retningslinjer
- Fjern og bloker indhold i tide
- Noget indhold kan indeholde kriminelle aktiviteter, tortur, vold, hadefulde ytringer samt mobning, terrorisme, vold mod dyr og lignende.
Om dig
- Flydende i dansk og engelsk
- Fremragende kommunikationsevner (på skrift og i tale)
- Gode tekniske evner
- Problemløsning og løsningsorienteret mentalitet
- God forståelse for sociale medier
- Kendskab til aktuelle kulturelle, politiske og sociale begivenheder og nyheder i verden
- Stærk personlig robusthed og positivt mindset
- Erfaring med content moderation, kundeservice eller lignende er et plus
- Mulighed for at arbejde fra kontoret centralt i Barcelona
- Færdiggjort obligatoriske studier: ifølge spansk lovgivning kræves et bevis for færdiggjort uddannelse for at blive ansat (eksempelvis gymnasium)
