Job Description:
As a Danish Speaking Content Moderator you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our digital platforms.
You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and policies. Your work will directly impact the user experience by fostering a safe and respectful online community.Key Responsibilities:
1.
Content Moderation:
Review and moderate usergenerated content (text images videos and more) in Danish to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and policies.
Identify and escalate potentially harmful or inappropriate content to the appropriate teams.2.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in content moderation decisions.
Provide feedback on policy and process improvements to enhance moderation efficiency.
3.
Community Engagement:
Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and safe community environment by enforcing community standards.
4.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other content moderators team leads and crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new policies and guidelines.
5.
Reporting:
Document and report moderation activities including the identification of emerging trends and issues.
Assist in the development of reports and metrics to track moderation performance.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (native or nearnative level). Proficiency in English is also required.
Local Candidates: Only candidates currently residing in Barcelona or the surrounding area will be considered.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in communications linguistics or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with discretion and professionalism.
Techsavvy with a good understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
