Quieres formar parte de un equipo con vocación internacional que desde el control de las operaciones de derivados agrega valor al negocio de trading de crudo, productos, derivados y fletamentos de Repsol Trading?

Con base en Madrid formarías parte de un equipo de expertos que gestiona la liquidación y conciliación de todos los derivados cerradas tanto ETD en cámara como OTC, además de controlar el reporting a organismos internacionales debido a las diferentes regulaciones EMIR; MIFID II, DOTT-FRANK de las oficinas de Madrid, Houston y Singapur.

Tendrás mucha relación con todas las áreas implicada como traders y middle office, además de otras áreas de control corporativas como compliance y dirección financiera.

El ambiente de trabajo requiere proactividad, dinamismo, flexibilidad, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo con diferentes áreas con el inglés como idioma de referencia

Responsabilidades:

Conciliación diaria de operaciones de derivados (ETD y OTC), supervisando la liquidación y conciliación de operaciones conforme a los términos contratados, así como subsanar posibles errores.

Colaborar con Middle Office para la posible detección de errores en el cálculo de la posición.

Análisis de plataformas de ejecución y cámaras de liquidación.

Gestión de emisiones de Co2 (físicas y derivados) así como su conciliación y transmisión de derechos a las empresas del grupo y organismos como RENADE.

Conocimiento sobre contratos de derivados como ISDA y mitigadores de riesgos como los CSA.

Conocimiento sobre la regulación de derivados y su reporting, MIFID II, EMIR, DOTT-FRANK y REMIT.

Requerimientos:

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Económicas, Ingeniería superior informática, Ingeniería Superior o Derecho.

Ingles: Muy alto, mínimo C1

Experiencia al menos de 3 años en áreas relacionadas con derivados.

Valorable el conocimiento de mercados de commodities (tanto físicos como derivados), precios asociados y del sector energético.
