Your key responsibilities:

As a VP you will:

responsible for a suitable portfolio of clients in all credit-related matters, with focus on origination and execution of new requests, but also taking responsibility for in life management

structure and lead the negotiation of the credit facilities with the customer (in partnership with the relationship manager) and the follow up of the implementation/documentation of new credit facilities with other lending colleagues and/or in collaboration with inhouse Legal Department or external legal counsel.

lead the origination and execution of complex / non-standard deals with support of other lending colleagues and advising teams such as Syndication, Capital Structuring & Advisory, Debt Capital Markets…

responsible for the end to end execution of lending opportunities according to ING policy and defend the credit request for approval to relevant approval mandate holders.

acquire and keep up to date your knowledge on lending products, ING policies and also the general economic environment.

8-11 years of work experience in the financial sector, preferably within a corporate & structured lending related environment,

excellent knowledge of financial analysis

commercial drive, pro-active mindset and analytical skills

good communication and negotiation skills

the capability to work independently

ability to work in agile teams

fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
