As a Traffic and Paid Media Specialist youâll be responsible for working with the paid media agency and other external third party partners to ensure that we strive for high quality traffic from our earned owned and paid channels that will drive sales. You will work ogether with a team of campaign builders, traffic and media specialists, SEO and CRO managers, web specialists and insights managers â as well as other stakeholders who are based in Madrid and The Netherlands.Â

What youâll do
Responsible to co-create, design, and execute the paid campaign strategy for campaignsâ based on campaign objectives and targeted audiences, in collaboration with the Traffic & Media Lead.
Support on budget strategy and channel allocation, ensuring alignment among markets, Â Â agencies, and leadership team. Oversee PO approval process.
Work with Local Markets to optimize central strategy and translate/localize to market needs, then jointly brief the agencies.
Co-create the brief with the Traffic & Media Lead and coordinate content creation with the Content House team to ensure content for the paid channels is in line with requirements and best practice.
Ensure correct campaign KPIs and targets are set, correct tagging is in place and all data naming conventions are followed.
Create toolkits, playbooks together to be deployed by the deployment team to markets.
In collaboration with the Traffic & Media Lead, input into campaign development with best practice from 3rd parties and /or market research companies, new industry trends, innovative and richer format assets to better meet our goals.
In collaboration with Marketing Insights & Performance team and the Global media agency, collaborate on reviewing campaign performance. To improve accountability & performance in-campaign, and ensure previous campaign learnings and insights are applied to future campaign planning.
Plan, develop, implement, and manage web and app's overall traffic acquisition strategy. Work with Traffic & Media Lead to define and execute a strategy to obtain quality traffic via paid, earned and owned (Affiliate Marketing Operations, Partnerships, Social listening, Hue website & App, landing pages
In collaboration with Digital Audience Specialist and the CRO expert, identify and analyze competitor websites and best practices in terms of positioning and traffic to work together ops team in improvements on the website.
Support in defining lower funnel tests and responsible for its execution, optimization, and improvement (markets + paid media agency).
5-7 years of paid media experience. Experience working for a media agency would be desirable. Focus on digital performance marketing
Strategic and /or media digital planning experience, including search strategy
Experience developing, operating, analyzing & optimizing digital paid media campaigns
The ability to clearly articulate and defend media recommendations and results to team members and management, aligned to agreed campaign objectives & KPIs. Deep analytical skills.
Full understanding of integrated marketing experience and the role digital plays in consumer journeys.
Hands-on use of all digital paid media platforms & channels (search, programmatic display, social, email marketing...), including the relevant ad tech platforms. Passion for media and technology
SEO & Google SEA certifications, Adobe Analytics & Marketing Cloud experience
Ease of use of platforms
Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
